EBRP utilizes an innovative Venture Philanthropy business model. When making a grant to a research project, we retain the added upside of generating a recurring revenue stream if the therapy or product is commercially successful, then use the return on investment to fund additional EB research.
Your donation has the ability to generate multiples of its original value until a cure is found. Further, this model and the cutting-edge research funded by EBRP not only has the potential to cure EB, but provide paths to cures for the 10,000+ other rare diseases that affect 10% of the global population, 95% of which have no approved treatments.

Our Mission
We're the largest global nonprofit funding research to discover treatments and cures for Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a group of rare and life-threatening genetic disorders that affect the body's largest organ - the skin. Children with EB lack proteins that bind the skin's two layers together, causing it to blister and shear off from even the slightest friction. To date, we've funded 170+ research projects, transforming the clinical landscape from just 2 clinical trials in EB when we were founded to 40 today, and from 0 treatments to 2 FDA-approved treatments.

How can I donate stock to EB Research Partnership?
Donating stock is safe and easy. Using the donation form on this page, making a charitable gift of stock is a quick, five-step process:
1. Select your stock ticker and confirm the company name in the donation form above
2. Enter your gift amount
3. Type in your email and address info for the receipt
4. Enter your brokerage account information
5. Virtually sign & make your gift!
Upon making a donation, you will receive an email notification from The Giving Block that your gift is being processed. In rare circumstances, you may need to take action with your broker. The email will have instructions on any next steps.
Charitable donations of stock are processed safely and typically within 6-8 business days with The Giving Block in partnership with Renaissance Charitable Foundation. How can I donate crypto?
Donating crypto is safe, easy, and fast. Using the donation form above on this page, making a charitable gift is a quick three-step process:
1. Select your preferred crypto and enter your gift amount
2. Type in your email and basic info (or choose to give anonymously)
3. Make your gift!
Upon making a donation, you can elect to receive an automatically generated tax receipt that will be sent to the email address you provide after
